Base: 90-minute private venue hire Additional Hours: $550 per hour
Venue Includes: Beautifully decorated arbour, guest seating, signing table, cake cart, guest amenities, and a dedicated wedding coordinator to ensure everything runs smoothly.
Guest numbers: No minimum, includes eight of your guests and $33 per person thereafter
Availability: Monday–Thursday (weekend and Public Holiday bookings may be available with a 15% surcharge)
Celebrant & Photographer: You're welcome to choose your own celebrant and photographer, or let Rothwood arrange trusted local professionals for a seamless experience.
The Bespoke
From $5,445.00 incl. GST
Base Package: 4-hour exclusive venue hire, including up to 40 guests.
Perfect For: Couples wanting more time to celebrate, whether it's an intimate wedding for two or a celebration with family and friends.
Venue Includes: Exclusive use of Rothwood's gardens and marquee, with a dedicated wedding coordinator. Choose from our range of wedding furniture to suit your style, including set-up and pack down. Also includes your choice of one bar area for service by Rothwood’s RSA-trained staff, marquee with festoon lighting and dance floor, sound system, guest amenities, and onsite parking.
Photography: Exclusive access to our beautifully landscaped gardens for private wedding and bridal portraits.
Food & Drinks: BYO alcohol and choose your own catering.
