The Elopement

Whether you’re eloping or just keeping things intimate, our elopement option offers everything you need for a heartfelt ceremony and your photographs surrounded by nature.

Private access to our gardens for relaxed, uninterrupted wedding portraits
Ninety minutes of private access to Rothwood, allowing you to enjoy an intimate and relaxed wedding experience
Dedicated wedding coordinator to guide you through the experience
Choice of ceremony location within our private gardens
Beautiful ceremony furniture setup including, pre-decorated arbour, guest seating, signing table and ornate cake cart
Flexible vendor options, allowing you to bring your own or choose from our trusted professionals
BYO Drinks and nibbles in accordance with Rothwood’s BYO policy
On-site parking and guest amenities

*Weekends & public holidays are subject to availability and a 15% surcharge.
These are starting points, not boxes. A Bespoke or Exclusive wedding can be beautifully intimate, while an Elopement can be extended with additional time.
The starting price includes a guest allowance of eight. You are warmly welcome to celebrate with fewer people; the starting price remains unchanged. Where your guest list exceeds the included allowance, the applicable additional guest charge will apply.
There are no minimum guest numbers. Choose the experience by how you want your wedding to feel—not by how many people you think you need to invite.
The Bespoke
From $5,445
The Bespoke brings together your ceremony, photographs and a relaxed celebration with space for the moments that matter most to you. .
Enjoy the freedom to include food, drinks, speeches, cake and dancing without needing an all-day venue booking.

Private access to Rothwood, giving you the time to celebrate with your closest family and friends
Dedicated wedding coordinator, supporting you through planning and on-the-day coordination
Four hour venue hire with the option to adjust
Choice of ceremony location within our gardens
Wedding furniture (Rothwood staff will set-up and pack away)
Marquee with festoon lighting and dance floor
Flexible food and BYO drink. Allowing you to choose your own caterer and supply drinks for your booked celebration under Rothwood’s BYO policy
Dedicated bar space
Flexible vendor options, bring your own or choose from our trusted professionals
