The Elopement

For couples seeking a beautifully simple and stress-free celebr

Whether you’re eloping or just keeping things intimate, our elopement option offers everything you need for a heartfelt ceremony, without the pressure or price tag of a full-day wedding. It’s our alternative to the registry office, however significantly more beautiful.
What’s Included:
90 minutes of exclusive access to Rothwood, allowing you to enjoy an intimate and relaxed wedding experience

The couple plus 8 guests
Choice of ceremony location within our private gardens
Beautiful ceremony setup including, decorated arbour, guest seating, signing table and ornate cake cart
Dedicated wedding coordinator to guide you, including on the day coordination
Exclusive access to our private gardens for uninterrupted wedding portraits in a peaceful setting, with no crowds or onlookers
Celebrate afterwards with your own drinks and nibbles, or let us arrange catering to suit your vision
Flexible vendor options, allowing you to bring your own or choose from our trusted local professionals
On-site parking and guest amenities
No minimum guest numbers
Extra hours: $550 per hour
Additional guests: $33 each
*Weekends & public holidays subject to a 15% surcharge.
The Bespoke

The Bespoke option is the ideal balance between simplicity and celebration. It’s perfect for couples who love the gardens at Rothwood but want something more than an elopement, without committing to a full day. Enjoy four hours of exclusive venue access, beautifully styled spaces, and time to celebrate with 40 of your favourite people.

It’s perfect for couples who want the time and flexibility to host their entire celebration on-site, with the option to add on-site accommodation to extend your stay.
