Every detail is handled for you with our exclusive packages – we can organise the celebrant, flowers, seating, catering and music all suited to your requirements. There is a package to suit any budget. We can take any one of these packages and tailor it specifically for you and your budget.
Or you might prefer to do it all yourself and simply hire Rothwood as your event venue.
Rothwood’s All Inclusive
Exclusive use of our venue including, gardens, Marquee and our 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom Homestead. This allows you and your bridal party of close friends and family to spend some special time together. Whether the night before your wedding, the night of your wedding or both. We can even add on extra nights accommodation for those who have guests coming from further afield to make your stay even more memorable. The advantage of choosing this option is that, what better way to start your wedding than to have a lovely evening catching up with close friends or family the night before your wedding. Your able to go through your last minute plans, make those final touches to the flower decorations, maybe take in a BBQ and a few glasses of bubbles while having a mock rehearsal run through. Then of course the night of your wedding when your guests leave you can simply retire to the Homestead for a good nights sleep. Some of our couples who have guests travelling Internationally, overseas, Interstate or even Country WA, make use of our homestead for extra night accommodation while they’re staying in Perth as we’re only 15kms from the CBD and International airports.
Midweek Mini Micro
This option is for couples wanting a very simple Ceremony for up to 10 guests at a very affordable price at Perth’s premium wedding gardens. You’re able to arrive at Rothwood in the full knowledge that the Ceremony is set up for you. After your Ceremony you have time to use all of our grounds to make those pictures that will last forever. If you wish to bring drinks and nibbles for your guest then that’s fine too. As with our Midweek pop up wedding the example given here is a starting point. If you have say 20 guests we can add on a price per person. Or if you would like to stay longer than the 90 minutes we can add that onto this option in half hour increments. We also have lots of extra garden furniture and add on’s to hire if your budget allows. This is how we can tailor your wedding so that it’s completely what you want and we always say no 2 weddings have ever been the same.
Rothwood’s Mid Week Popup
This option offers fantastic value for those with a smaller budget to still enjoy the garden and surroundings of Rothwood. Prices start from $2.500 for 40 people for up to 4 hours. We take care of your Ceremony and reception set up and pack down for you. You’re welcome to add onto this option with other vendors of your choice such as BYO food and drink, Flowers, Celebrant and photographer. We can help as much or as little as you wish in creating your special day. As with our midweek mini micro wedding the example given here is a starting point. If you have say 50 guests we can add on a price per person. If say you would like to stay longer we can add that onto this option. We also have lots of extra garden furniture and add on’s to hire if your budget allows. This is how we can tailor your wedding so that it’s completely what you want and we always say no 2 weddings have ever been the same.
Engage your own preferred wedding planner, stylist or event co-ordinater. It should be noted, we’re more than happy to share our list of fantastic contacts who specialise in this option. This allows you to choose all the people and preferred vendors that you may already have in mind to help you on your day.

Prices are seasonal and vary from month to month. Please ask about our off peak season options. Access to our venue is allowed from 11am until 11pm when event finishes. Please note this option is not DIY as you need to allow time to set up and pack down.
